Peer exchanges and mobility within (and beyond) the CCSI are essential for enhancing skills and knowledge, building strong networks and collaborations, as well as fostering innovation and creativity. By sharing diverse perspectives and good practices, cultural and creative professionals can inspire and learn from each other, contributing to the sector's green, digital and social transformation. 

In the past years, Creative FLIP initiated and supported different peer-exchanges showcasing good practices by and for cultural and creative professionals as well as new cross-sectoral collaborative projects across Europe. 

The project’s goal is to further foster collaboration and understanding among and beyond cultural and creative professionals by bringing them together to share insights into their work and to experiment with innovative co-creation formats.
