Initiated in 2019 as part of Creative FLIP project, the P2P Exchange Program addresses established creative hubs, connecting them with peers from emerging hubs across Europe as well as with organisations in the educational sector. The program aims at the development of new formats of cross-sectorial cooperation, it seeks to initiate co-creation and collaborative projects, and to share knowledge and expertise across Europe through community events.

10 selected creative hubs from the European Creative Hubs Network (ECHN) piloted the program in the fall of 2019. The selection was done through a closed call for applications.

This pilot round served to test the new format and functioned as a basis for future exchanges.
