Since its beginning, Creative FLIP has placed Learning Labs at the heart of its project activities. This cross-sectoral cooperation programme brings together schools and organisations from the Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries at local level.
Following the pilot phase of the Learning Labs in 2020-21, the number of applications and success of the first fifteen projects underscored the increasing demand for support actions, bridging the gap between education and the reality of artistic and creative work.
The Learning Labs aim to connect cultural and creative professionals with students of Primary and Secondary schools. Through co-creation projects, these labs enhance student’s creativity and transversal skills while learning about creative professions and related topics such as the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
