The historical center of Athens used to be a vibrant place where business and culture thrived.
We envision the revival of the city center, we wish to reform the image of the neighborhood, inject life again into the abandoned buildings and move the cultural interest of the city again to this area.
We take pride in having made big leaps to that direction with the restoration of two industrial buildings in the areas of Omonoia and Kerameikos- Romantso and Bios.Pireos84 respectively, as well as with the creation of Latraac.
The former factory that became the Mecca of urban culture, Bios. Pireos84 was the first step to the activation of the Pireos street and surrounding area. The big success of its events triggered the creation of even more cultural venues on the neglected area.

Romantso, the former printer house in Omonoia was transformed to a vibrant cultural center and a creative hub. With respect to its original architecture and cultural diversity of the area, Romantso instantly became a pole of attraction for onlookers and brought life to a very difficult part of our city.

The reformation of an old yard in Kerameikos was our last achievement to that direction. Latraac is today a social garden with an impressive skate bowl and home to current cultural events.
